End-User Experience with Web Deployment
The most popular deployment model for XpressConnect is the web-based model. The following videos capture the end-user's experience when accessing XpressConnect via an open SSID. In these videos, the end-user begins by access the "Setup & Help" SSID. The wireless controller provides a customized login page which includes a link to XpressConnect. Once clicked, XpressConnect loads and migrates the end-user to the 802.1X SSID.
Windows XP SP2
XpressConnect configures the machine for 802.1X authentication and performs the migration. The end-user experience is the same for PEAP/MSCHAPv2 and SecureW2 TTLS.
Windows Vista
XpressConnect configures the machine for PEAP authentication and performs the migration. The end-user experience is the same for PEAP/MSCHAPv2 and SecureW2 TTLS.
Windows XP SP2 with Software Installation
XpressConnect installs SecureW2, configures the machine for TTLS authentication, and performs the migration. The SecureW2 installation process is the same as the process for hotfixes, antivirus packages, and other software packages.
Windows Vista with Software Installation
XpressConnect installs SecureW2, configures the machine for TTLS authentication, and performs the migration. The SecureW2 installation process is the same as the process for hotfixes, antivirus packages, and other software packages.
Mac Tiger (10.4)
XpressConnect configures the machine for 802.1X authentication and performs the migration. The end-user experience is the same for PEAP/MSCHAPv2 and TTLS.
Mac Leopard (10.5)
XpressConnect configures the machine for 802.1X authentication and performs the migration. The end-user experience is the same for PEAP/MSCHAPv2 and TTLS.
iPhone
XpressConnect walks the user through the configuration and association. The end-user experience is the same for PEAP/MSCHAPv2 and TTLS.
End-User Experience with CD/USB Deployment
XpressConnect also provides the ability to deploy via a CD or a USB keydrive. The following videos capture the end-user's experience when accessing XpressConnect from a CD.

XpressConnect is loaded from the CD, configures the machine for 802.1X authentication, and performs the migration. The end-user experience is the same for PEAP/MSCHAPv2 and SecureW2 TTLS. The end-user experience for Windows XP is very similar.
